Urbanus Wedaaba is an academician, entrepreneur, and IT expert, whose accomplishments in real estate, land management, and technology defy his young age. His career, built on a foundation of innovative thinking and profound industry knowledge, spans diverse academic pursuits and impactful professional ventures.

Urbanus’s academic journey began at the University for Development Studies (UDS), where he earned a BSc in Land Management. Passionate about education, he served as a teaching assistant at UDS during his national service, nurturing student growth. Furthering his academic exploration, he completed MSc degrees in Land Governance and Policy (KNUST) and Health Promotion (Queen’s University), currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Queen’s School of Kinesiology and Health Studies.

Professionally, Urbanus empowers youth through consultancy and mentorship, fostering successful business ventures. His entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of Urbane Holdings, a conglomerate housing Facio Innovations Technology Limited (Faciotech Ltd), Azunus Realty Consult, Faciotech Foundation, OurCauseAid.com, Ruthmale Farms, and more.

Faciotech Ltd., born from Urbanus’s tech-savvy mind, now operates in both Ghana and Ontario, offering website and app development, digital marketing, and IT consultancy services. Azunus Realty Consult delivers quality and affordable real estate and land management solutions.

Beyond these companies, Urbanus’s philanthropic initiatives leave a lasting mark. The Faciotech Foundation’s Business Connect Program has established online presences for numerous Ghanaian startups, guiding them towards leveraging the internet’s power. Faciotech Ltd also promotes IT literacy among diverse populations.
